Funeral of Mrs. Lundy
The funeral of Mrs. Julia A. Lundy took place yesterday at the residence
of Judge W. A. Lundy, the services being concluded at the grave in Rose
Hill cemetery. The sermon of Dr. E. W. Warren was most touching. As was
her life, gentle and Christian-like, so she breathed out her life, and
passed away without a struggle.
The pall-bearers were: Messrs. Henry J. Lamar, J. M. Jones, T. B. Artope,
Robert Ousley, J. D. Howard and P. L. Holt.
